Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitioners and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The report received from the learned Judicial Magistrate,

Alangudi, Pudukottai District, dated 18.01.2017 reveals the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition from 25.11.2016 onwards.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that charge sheet filed in Crime No.113 of 2016 and is pending as C.C.No.76 of 2016 and charge sheet filed in Crime No.134 of 2016 and pending as C.C.No.12 of 2017 and in Crime No.135 of 2016, charge sheet filed and pending as C.C.No.13 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, Pudukottai District. He further states that the investigation is still pending in Crime No.136 of 2016 on the file of Vadakadu Police Station, Pudukottai District and in Crime No.204 of 2016 on the file of K.K.Nagar Police Station, Trichy District.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the proper compliance of the conditions by the petitioner herein, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court, on receipt of summons.
