ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners are arrayed as Accused No.1 and 2 in Crime No.421 of 2014 dated 06.10.2014. He had filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking direction against the Respondent Police to conduct the speedy investigation in Crime No.421 of 2014 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 427 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Respondent would submit that they are likely to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, as mistake of fact.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
