ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the Petitioner without any legally sustainable ground.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, summons were issued directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, but he has not turned up. He would further submit that the petitioner, himself has enclosed a copy of the notice received from the second respondent.
3.At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent.
4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to issue fresh summons to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, the 2/4
petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent. On such appearance, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in accordance with law.
