PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to instruct or frame guidelines to the respondents to A) All groups of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission exams should be conducted by the way of 4 or 5 categories. The applicants should pass one by one of all categories of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission exams then only applicant may be selected. B)Central Bureau of Investigation will find and investigate the root cause of leakage and mall practice in conducting all the Group examinations of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. C) The Honourable Court will monitor and surveillance the investigation of Central Bureau of Investigation. D) By considering the petitioners representation dated 31.01.2020.
