ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 5 to 12 is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner has filed an appeal against the order of the second respondent before the respondent on 23.01.2023. He wants it to be disposed of expeditiously.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the interested persons on notice including the respondents 5 to 12 before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
