Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The petitioner's appeal in A.P.No.123, dated 13.12.2023 is pending with the fourth respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer/Sub Collector, Kulithalai. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the said appeal pending before the fourth respondent, based on the decree obtained by the petitioner in O.S.Nos.14 of 2012 and 19 of 2018, dated 18.08.2017 and 04.08.2023. 2/4
4.Considering the narrow scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, I am inclined to entertain the writ petition and direct the fourth respondent to dispose of the appeal in A.P.No.123, dated 13.12.2023, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed on the above terms.
