ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 10.12.2025. But, he has not submitted the relevant evidence or documents in order to process the complaint. 3.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to produce all the documents and evidence before the respondents Police within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents Police is directed to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks therefrom. 2/4

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
