ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.4, in Crime No.222 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417, 493, 314, 315, 316, 318 of I.P.C and Section 5(1)(3) of Medical Determination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 with 201 of I.P.C and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, who is working as a staff nurse helped the other accused to abort the child and due to heavy loss the deceased died.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent lady and she has nothing to do with the alleged offence and she has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instructions submitted that originally the case was registered for the offences under Sections 417, 493, 314, 315, 316, 318 of I.P.C and Section 5(1)(3) of Medical Determination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 with 201 of I.P.C subsequently the same was altered into one under Section 302 of I.P.C and therefore, he objected for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
