This petition is filed to withdraw the case in crime No.913 of 2011 on the file of the 2nd respondent and to transfer the same to 4th respondent i.e. CBCID or any other agency. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that after investigation, the respondent police laid the charge sheet, however, the same was not taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
