Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JEGADEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2 The report from the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai is received and it reveals that the petitioners are complying the condition from 30.11.2016 onwards.
3 Taking note of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
