PRAYER: Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to amend the prayer as the petitioner's husband was appointed as Junior Tradesman in the respondent Corporation on 08.02.1986 and he died on 14.07.2022, while in service in the order portion of the order in WP(MD) No.12318 of 2025, dated 28.04.2025, instead of the petitioner's husband was appointed as Conductor in the respondent Corporation on 1/5

Seeking amendment in the petitioner's husband's designation and his date of death, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's husband was appointed as Junior Tradesman in the respondent Corporation on 08.02.1986 and he died on 14.07.2022, while in service. However, he has wrongly stated the facts as ''the petitioner's husband was appointed as Conductor in the respondent Corporation on 08.02.1986 and he died on 21.05.2021, while in service. Therefore, the necessary changes have to be made in the order in WP(MD) No.12318 of 2025, dated 28.04.2025. 3.In view of the above, the first sentence in paragraph 2 of the order in WP(MD) No.12318 of 2025, dated 28.04.2025 shall 2/5

be amended as '' the petitioner's husband was appointed as Junior Tradesman in the respondent Corporation on 08.02.1986 and he died on 14.07.2022, while in service''.

4.Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered and the corrected order copy shall be issued to the parties forthwith.
