ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the case in Crime No.732 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to the third respondent.

2. The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.732 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.4487 of 2020 (c) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. The accused cannot seek for change of investigation. Since the investigation is going on he cannot seek for transfer of investigation according to his whims and fancies. During investigation, the accused has no say as such, with regard to the same.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
