Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.RAMASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to extend the time to surrender and execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmadevi in Crime No.99 of 2016, on the file of the respondent Police.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the time to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate is extended for a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
