RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the Petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court No. 1 Nagercoil, once in a week on every Monday at 10 A.M Crl.M.P.NO. 7531/16 Crl.A.No.308 of 2016 dated 21.09.2016 in Crime No.18 of 2013 on the file of the Respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and Mrs.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7531 of 2016, dated 21.09.2016. 2 Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3 The petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court on 21.09.2016, for the past two months. Since the petitioner being a senior citizen aged about 70 years, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7531 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.308 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month until further orders.
