Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to Call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 3rd respondent Ka.No.Ko.19/2020/U.Se.Po.1 dated 07.02.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide alternative place for vending the stamps within the premises of District Court Building if the present building is required for any other purpose.
