By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

3. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the third respondent who is the maternal aunt of the petitioner, lent a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- to the petitioner and when the former demanded the latter to return back the amount borrowed by her, she abused her in filthy language and also threatened her with dire consequences. It is also his contention that the petitioner was not harassed by the second respondent police as alleged by the petitioner and that no notice has been sent to the petitioner so far, based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent.

3. Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent police is directed to follow the guidelines of D.K.Basu Vs. State of West https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
