Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who arrayed as A2 and A3 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), and 506(i) IPC an d Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Section 4 of DP Act in Crime No.22/2014 and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The Petitioners were already granted the relief of anticipatory bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.105 of 2015 dated 9.1.2015. The Petitioners without complying with the order of the learned Sessions Judge, move this application suppressing the material facts. Hence this Court is of the opinion that the Petitioners are not entitled for the relief of anticipatory bail as sought for. 3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as not maintanable.
