O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to initiate action against the second respondent and to recover the gold jewels and other documents and hand over the same to the petitioner and to permit the petitioner to reside in the subject property peacefully.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer, who is the competent authority, had acted upon the representation/petition given by the petitioner and through proceedings dated 09.09.2021, an order has been passed and the said order was also placed before this Court. That apart, the Revenue Divisional Officer also recommended action to be initiated against the second respondent before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Anna Nagar, Madurai. The said communication was also placed before this Court. 2/4
