ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2019 for the offences under Sections 3,4,6 of Protection of Child From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.732 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate states that investigation in this case is still pending.

5.This Court directs the respondent to file a final report at the earliest, definitely before the statutory date. The jurisdictional Court will take the final report on file without any delay, if it is in order and if it is otherwise satisfies the requirements of law. The petitioner is at liberty to renew his bail petition after the victim is examined.

6.With this liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
