ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.342 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent /police.

2. When the matter was posted for admission, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Thereafter, he has not taken any steps to list the matter for admission. The matter is pending for more than 3-1/2 years, without admitting and without directing the notice.

3. It clearly shows that the petitioners have no interest to proceed with the case. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
