RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner herein in the said Crime No.157/2021 dt. 10/5/2021 in Crl.OP(MD)No.13334/2021 ordered 23/12/2021 on the file of the respondent Police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARVANAN S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13334 of 2021, dated 23.12.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that since the investigation is pending, the conditions may be modified. 4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 am., until further orders.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
