2.As per the earlier order of this Court, dated 16.12.2016, a report is received from the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel and it reveals that the petitioner is observing the condition from 08.10.2016 to 27.12.2016.

3.Considering the above fact and the proper compliance of the petitioner before the concerned Court, condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18921 of 2016, dated 30.09.2016 is relaxed. sd/- 03/01/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
