The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition to direct the Respondents to grant permission for Kabadi Competition scheduled to be conducted from 10.02.2024 at evening 08.00 p.m. and ends on 11.02.2024 at about 11.00 pm. at Nagamalai Pudukottai, Madurai. He had given representation on 02.02.2024, till date, they had not granted permission. Therefore, he had filed this Writ Petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, would submit that permission for Kabadi Competition had already been granted.
