ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, in Crime No.2 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 15.10.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 5(1)(n) and 6 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 506(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the victim is a minor was sexually harassed by her father, brother and at their instance, she was sexually harassed by many persons and on complaint by her paternal aunt, the case in Crime No.2 of 2015 was registered for the aforesaid offences.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and in the F.I.R. and the statement given by the victim before the Judicial Magistrate concerned, his name was not mentioned.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the victim is a minor was sexually harassed by her father, brother, friends and many other persons and the investigation is pending and many of the accused are yet to be arrested.
