The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 and their officials not to harass the petitioner and her husband unnecessarily under the guise of enquiry.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the second and third respondent frequently called the petitioner for enquiry and harassed her under the guise of enquiry.

3. Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that there are several complaints are pending between the parties and the petitioner herein also gave a complaint against the fourth respondent. In the above said complaint, the third respondent only asked the petitioner to appear for enquiry. Immediately, without appearing for the enquiry, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

4. Considering the fact that already enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent for enquiry and the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a reasonable time.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
