Pleased to take this revision on file and call for records relating to the common order passed in M.C.No.11 of 2019 dated 30.09.209 on the family Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil and allowing this revision petition by enhancing the maintenance amount as prayed for in the maintenance application filed before the Hon'ble Chief Judicial Magistrate Court i.e., Rs.35,000/- in total for all the above said Revision Petitioners/Petitioners No.1 to 3 interest of justice and thus render justice.
