ORDER

In an earlier occasion, there was no representation on the side of the Petitioner. Since the Petitioner has not represented either by Counsel or by himself to prosecute the matter, this case was posted today (i.e. on 16.06.2026) under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also the Petitioner is not represented by his Counsel and he is not present in person, which shows that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Petition.

2. Accordingly, this criminal original Petition is dismissed for Non prosecution.
