3. In view of the report received from the trial Court and considering the number of cases pending before the Court, no direction can be issued by this Court. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court itself for relief, by setting out the proper facts and circumstances.

4. With the above said observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
