The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents 2 and 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without follow the due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry has been conducted and during enquiry, the defacto complainant had submitted that he would work out his remedy in the appropriate Court, and therefore, the complaint has been closed.
