ORDER
The above writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to conduct enquiry with regard to the patta issued to the respondents 6 to 7 for the properties in S.No.415/9, Ilupakudi Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, to an extent of 4 Acre 63 cents by following the procedure adumbrated in Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act read with Rule 4 of said the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Rules and cancel the same if found to fraudulent. 2.The counter affidavit has been filed by the fourth respondent, wherein in Paragraph No. 6 it has been stated as follows:- "6. It is submitted that now the enquiry is pending before this respondent and enquiry notice were issued to the parties concern and after detailed enquiry, necessary orders will be passed by this respondent"
3. In the light of the above statements, no further orders are required in the above writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is
disposed of directing the fourth respondent to issue notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 6 and 7 and pass orders, after hearing the petitioner and the respondents 6 and 7, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
