O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 19.10.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The 2nd respondent is directed to send the closure report to the petitioner, within a period of one week, if not already sent.
