Mr.R.Murali, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondent.

2. The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to provide alternative shop instead of Shop No.470, which was situated near Munisalai bus stand, Madurai, within a stipulated time.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is running shop No.470, near Munisalai Bus-Stand, Madurai, from the year 2008. Since the said shop is situated near the bus-stand, it was considered as hindrance to traffic in that area. Therefore, the said shop was directed to be shifted near SIPCOT industries, K.K.Nagar Road. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner made several representations on 28.05.2018, 25.08.2018 and 02.04.2019. But, no fruitful result has come out. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2019 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, affording an opportunity of hearing to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
