The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.10.2015, according to law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed.
