ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the case in STC.No.110 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District.

2When the matter was posted for admission on 02.11.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment and on his request, the matter was posted on 04.11.2015. Thereafter, he has not taken any steps to list the matter for admission. The matter is pending for more than 3-1/2 years, without admitting and without ordering issuance of notice.

3.It clearly shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the case. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, is directed to expedite the trial, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
