This petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.338 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the case in C.C.No.338 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai has been transferred to the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and renumbered as C.C.No.67 of 2014.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
