Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

2. It is seen that anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner as per order dated 11.11.2016 and he was directed to surrender within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the petitioner has filed this extension https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petition only on 12.12.2016, ie., out of time.

3. In view of the same, ten days time is granted from the date on which the order copy made ready, to surrender before the Court concerned, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/-(Rupees One Thousand Only), to the Legal Aid Serviced Authority, Thoothukudi District. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
