2. This criminal original petition has been filed for seeking anticipatory bail. The contest is between the brothers. This Court wanted the jurisdictional Assistant Commissioner to submit a report regarding the CCTV footage said to have been given by the defacto complainant.

3. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the First Information Report has been closed as "Mistake of Fact". Therefore, the criminal original petition is closed as infructuous.
