ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.584 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent to any other investigating agency. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the First Information Report in Crime No.584 of 2020 was registered by the Inspector of Police, Thiruppathur Town Police Station, Sivagangai and that two of the accused were arrested on 13.12.2020.
