O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in civil dispute.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, the petitioner was called for enquiry and after conducting enquiry, the complaint filed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ second respondent was closed. He also submitted that the first

respondent is not harassing the petitioner.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
