Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai, to deal with the reference that has been made by the second respondent and proceed further under Section 8 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the concerned Department and pass final orders within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
