The petitioner has come forward with this application, seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case against the accused, based on the complaint dated 05.08.2015 lodged by the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instruction, would submit that on 11.08.2015, the petitioner has given a statement voluntarily before the respondent stating that he would seek remedy before the appropriate forum and therefore, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent close the complaint.

3. Recording the submission made learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The 2nd respondent is directed to issue the copy of the closure report to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
