RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.OP(MD)No.21312 of 2016 dated 09.11.2016 to appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Madurai and to offer sureties by further 10 days and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.

SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

2. It is seen that anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner as per order dated 09.11.2016 and he was directed to surrender within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is admitted that the copy of the ordered was delivered on 15.11.2016. However, the petitioner has filed this extension petition only on 15.12.2016, ie., out of time.

3. In view of the same, ten days time is granted from the date on which the order copy made ready, to surrender before the Court concerned, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.1000/-(Rupees One Thousand Only), to the Legal Aid Serviced Authority, Madurai District. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
