This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to remove his name from the history sheet list in H.S.No. 96 of 2019 on the file of the 4th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2024 and the same is pending for enquiry. He would further submit that they will complete the enquiry as early as possible, preferably within a period of one month.

3. In view of the above said submission, it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2024 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
