No.2 of 2019 on the file of the respondent and thus render justice.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 21(d) (e)(f), 35 and 36 of Tamil Nadu Forest Act and under Section 27 and 29 of Wild Life Protectin Act, 1972, in S.T.O.R.No.2 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and the Court below shall consider the petitioner's bail petition on the same day of surrender.
