ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner with the second respondent was registered as CSR.No.576 of 2020 and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 06.12.2020, since the petitioner submitted before the second respondent police that he would resolve his dispute before a competent Civil Court.
