ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by the wife seeking to expedite the disposal of H.M.O.P.No.106 of 2019 pending on the file of Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the side of the respondent, R.W.1 cross-examination has been completed and it is posted for further evidence on the side of the respondent on 10.03.2023.

3. Considering the fact that the H.M.O.P is pending for the past 4 years and R.W.1 cross-examination has already been completed, this Court directs the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.106 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 30.08.2023 after giving due opportunity to both the parties.

4. With the above said direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
