The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the 5th respondent is removed in Patta No.2108 by the District Revenue Officer, subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition. Therefore, the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
