This Writ Petition is filed directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the petitioner's property and fix boundary stones in connection with properties in S.No.308/63 measuring 5 Cents and in S.No. 308/65B1B measuring 1 cent, situated at Pirampatti (South), Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, under the supervision of the third respondent for surveying the land by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2025.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is hereby dispensed with.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the properties comprised in Survey Nos.308/63 (5 cents) and 308/65B1B (1 Cent), totalling 6 Cents, situated at Pirampatti (South), Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District. Despite repeated requests, the official respondents have not surveyed the land or fixed boundary stones. The petitioner made a representation dated 12.12.2025 requesting the survey and demarcation of boundaries under the supervision of the third respondent. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the official respondents to survey the land and fix boundary stones within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that, after conducting an enquiry and recording the objections on either side, the respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2025, on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after providing reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and any other persons, who may be affected by such decision, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
