ORDER

This petition has been filed to to withdraw the case in Crime No.3 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent and to transfer the same to the third respondent or to any other investigating agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that in this case charge sheet has been laid before the concerned Court and the same is taken on file as S.C.No.136 of 2017.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
