Order : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SUBRAMANI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.P.Kandasamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following Order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 27.11.2016.
